No Touch Option

The No Touch option is also one of the easiest to understand when you trade binary options. Its operation is indeed very easy to learn and here are some explanations that will help you take advantage during your next trading session.

As its name suggests, the No Touch option is actually the exact opposite of the One Touch option, in the sense that the investor has to determine a value that the underlying asset price will not reach during the entire valid option period. The premium is then paid at the expiry date of this option, but only if the asset price has not reached this value. On the other hand, if the asset reaches the predetermined value before the closure of the contract, the investor loses almost all their initial investment.

Although slightly risky, the no touch option can be very profitable if you are able to correctly anticipate market movements. Of course, the potential profits are determined according to the risk of the defined value not being reached, and also the validity period of the option. The longer the period is, the more significant the risk and therefore the profit will be more significant in the case of a speculation realisation.
